I spent twenty years as an Airborne Infantryman and now work as a Geologist on a thoroughly contaminated construction site. I am socially awkward, so hopefully this site will teach me how to interact with people without swearing at them (yes, I was a drill sergeant for a couple of years)

I love black water kayaking and trail riding on my mountain bike .....no mountains in coastal South Carolina...lol. I have a very eclectic taste in music, everything from Jason Mraz, to Frank Sinatra, to Rob Dougan, to Two Steps From Hell. I've recently started getting into French Jazz...and no....I don't speak French, I'm just weird like that.
