Well... my name's Maria. Most people that know me would use adjectives such as nice, intelligent, kind, thoughtful, motivated, excitable, bubbly, courteous, stubborn, resourceful, musical, talkative, insightful, loving, a true friend, a great secret saver, passionate, and a bunch of other great attributes 
I have pretty simple dreams but that doesn't lower their significance or beauty. I want a place of my own, a successful marriage and healthy children someday, and a steady, stable, and successful career. I guess you could call it the American dream. I'm not quite half way there but it's an exciting ride and I meet a lot of interesting people along the way

Various Interests: Singing in the shower, reading, going out dancing, face booking with family and friends, technology, giving advise on yahoo answers for fun (handle: maria), spending time with family, boyfriend, and friends doing various activities, baking/cooking, crocheting, surprising people with presents, swimming, Planet Fitness, utilizing my Droid X 2, keeping organized, keeping busy!
Music
Music: I am very versatile, enjoying various genres such as classical, rock, opera, pop, some country, 60s/oldies, 70s, 90s, and I especially love the 80s. The current pop hits are fun to dance to at the club too.
Movies
Movies: Romantic comedy is my favorite genre, but I also enjoy regular comedies, dramas, action, and kids' flicks. I like the popular actors from my childhood- people like Reese Witherspoon, Jim Carey, Sandra Bullock, TIm Allen, Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, and Drew Barrymore
TV: I Love Lucy, Little House on the Prairie, Awkward, and The Big Bang Theory
Books: Jane Austen's 7 Works (reknown for Pride & Prejudice) Clan of the Cave Bear (a lot of description) Harry Potter series (of course lol- I grew up with him) The Importance of Being Earnest Why Men Love Bitches How to Get Organized in Spite of Yourself The Birth Order Book ...and many more.
Sports: I enjoy going to actual baseball games. I'll also sit there with my dad and mom watching the Mets once in a while (My parents are from Brooklyn... die hard Mets fans, lol).
Idols
...I never really ended up developing one. No one is that amazing in my eyes... we're all human. I admire various people in my life, like my parents, but I wouldn't say anyone is an idol, per se.
Video Games
I like Facebook games I can play on my phone like words with friends and hangman. Recently got into Plants vs Zombies app for my Android, thanks to my boyfriend, who also interested me in Fallout 3. I really enjoy r.p.g. style
