I do how ever play sports, Swimming, Basketball, Baseball, Football, Miniature Golf. So, quality time with me, is very easy to get and keep. I get most weekends off (Friday to Sunday) part-time work.

I have to monitor my meds closely so that I do not fall into a manic state or go ballistic on people. It is not something that I talk about just something I deal with day in and day out.
