I have always had a passion for fine wine, especially French, and after qualifying with lengthy courses and exams, together with gained attributes of a military background, I am now personally working as Head Sommelier for a 2 Michelin Star chef in his restaurant in London.
I'm actually just a decent guy, a gentleman, loyal and honest, and firmly believe in integrity. I'm uncomplicated, and I'd like to keep it that way.
Simply love cooking, whether its for just me or for others people and of course.....fine wine....but for me it has to be French....unless you can persuade me otherwise!
